Daily Duties at Hope International University:
-Assisted the Learning Technologist at the Department of Learning Technology with the day to day operations such as converting MP3 files to MP4s and uploading to courses, managing incoming calls and assisted with any needs of those calls, and helped students who had trouble accessing the online portal -Created courses in a timely matter that both satisfied the Hope International University protocols and allowed for the most comfortable experience for the student in order to provide the student with the best means to learn -Troubleshoot any problems a professor may have with a course ranging from a video not being linked properly to complete revisions of a course
