Daily Duties at Global It Consulting Services:
Based on market research and US census information, developed English as A Second Language (ESL) Application. • Through research and studies, identified Apple iOS as best technology platform for use by individual and classroom students. • Established scope for product development, and needs statement based on feedback from classroom teachers and students. • Selected professionals and built a cross-functional team to develop application. • Wrote all project documentation for development and worked directly with software team to establish agile requirements, sprints, and estimated schedule. • Conducted a SWOT analysis for product development and market success that included a market analysis of product competition. • Established budget based on project outline for full development using a cost-plus materials contract approach, and an analysis of tradeoffs for 2D+ verses 3D animation. • Developed a flexible change management and communication plan to work with agile for each sprint push. • Test lead for sprint product pushes to ensure builds conformed to needs statements, functional requirements, and software bug testing. • Researched and selected best audio studio for voice recordings that offered best quality, and fit budget constraints. • Wrote marketing plan that included all target points for product demonstrations. • ESL Application successfully completed and placed on Apple iTunes Dec 1, 2016. • Lessons Learned documented for future development, released consultants with product success bonus incentive, and closed project. • Established marketing visibility on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites. • Attended educational conference in Singapore to present capabilities. • ESL Application globally marketed and being used in select DC Public School by children needing to learn English, and being considered by other educational institutes in Asia and Europe.
