Responsible for 320 employees in a JV with multi-companies and 3rd party venders being involved in the manufacturing of Oil & Gas land drilling rigs. Attending daily toolbox meeting with employees, review permit to work (PTW) and Job hazard Analysis (JHA) daily, do daily walkabout of the job site, conduct incident investigation and reporting as needed, order an maintain PPE inventory, conducted area audits as needed, schedule daily or monthly safety and competence training as needed, review and update monthly statistical HSE reports (TRIR, LTIR, and cost saving) as needed.
