Daily Duties at U.S. Bank:
As a member of the Senior Management Team for a division of seventy-five employees across the nation, provide strategy for infrastructure development, resource management and new services for customers. Develop and implement annual operational plans, including financial objectives. Guide and support operations and development efforts to fulfill plan. Provide technical sales and service support. Direct efforts to coordinate division conventions with guest speakers, conference centers/hotels and training opportunities; Manage four direct reports responsible for sales support, marketing, staff training, technology developments and specialized administrative support.
