Responsible for the deployment and on-going account management of wireless technology solutions to existing Fortune 1000 customers. Successfully managed an account base that billed over $28 million annually. Lead discussions with Mid-Level, Senior-Level, and C-Level executives for the purpose of understanding business needs and identifying product solutions that would enhance overall customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase overall revenues
