Daily Duties at Us Security Associates:
Supervise 100 officers and 18 accounts Meet with clients to ensure continued satisfaction with performance and objectives Hiring, scheduling, discipline, promotion, training of officers Around the clock availability to clients and officers to ensure coverage of facilities New account start up and establishment of post orders. Includes security assessment, supervision of CCTV and security equipment Fill in at posts as needed including rounds, facility and alarm monitoring, writing reports, completion of security surveys
