Create a fundable business plan with financial models, actively pursue fundraising efforts and present to international investors. Build the core team (Cloud Architect, Marketing/Biz dev Exec, Backend Ops, SW/App Dev). Form high profile strategic partnerships, acquire early access customers, initiate product trials and oversee product demo and deployments.
