North America Business Operations (03/00 – 11/00) Business Planning Manager Project Lead - Siebel/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and eService for the Call Center Operations Group. Managed JAD sessions and worked closely with Call Center managers to define current and future business processes & requirements and to provide process mapping and feasibility/gap analysis among support systems. Managed new requirements and processes involving Campaign and Lead management . Lead end to end implementation process of managing project plan, process definition & flows, gathering requirements, overseeing development, testing, change management events & deployment support. Involved with business process integration and negotiations with other Compaq Call Centers (TX, CO, MA). Lead team of analysts consisting of 2 CSC consultants, 2 PwC consultants and 1 Siebel consultant. North America Information Management (10/97 – 03/00) Sr. Systems Analyst III/Project Lead – CRM Sales and Marketing, North America Siebel/CRM business analyst/lead working jointly with North America Business Operations Team to identify requirements and provide business solutions. Developed solid working relationships with specified key user groups (i.e., Business Ops, Sales Managers, Marketing, Rebate Team, Canada Sales, Finance, other IM groups, etc.). Managed User Acceptance Testing, i.e., developed test scripts, logged bugs/break fixes. Engaged in research for Siebel Forecasting module versus legacy forecasting systems for Sales. Researched interface processes and data integration for product and pricing systems of record. Provided product research results/alternatives for legacy system replacement. Analyzed legacy Oracle database architecture for new interfaces/data migrations. Lead other special projects (i.e., Clarify FrontOffice: Engineering Issue Tracking) - full life cycle. Managed application support team of 5 analysts at 2nd and 3rd tier helpdesk levels for 500+ users.
