(09/2001 – 12/2001) Senior Specialist IT – CRM Sales and Marketing Sr. Business Analyst supporting Enron Industrial Markets Siebel 2000 Sales and Marketing implementations. Project Lead and direct point of contact managing Siebel International deployments (full life cycle) and training for Enron Industrial Markets, implementing Siebel 2000 Sales and Marketing for London and Singapore. Managed and analyzed Sales teams’ business issues and requirements for integration into current business and systems processes involving new functionality. Liaison between the business and development teams. Created project plans, testing plans, training documentation and functional/technical design specifications. Designed UI mockups for requirements and managed user design review meetings. Worked with application developers to ensure systems developed satisfied the business requirements. Performed configuration troubleshooting and “bug” tracking during development phases and test phases. Direct contact for International offices for user setup and system administration tasks and training.
