Primary point of contact for clients for trouble-shooting, enhancements and industry best practices. Implemented Liferay portal projects, applying full life cycle processes using Agile methodology, for global clients (i.e., Discover, Amgen, American Express, Veritiv Corp) with up to 10 countries and language translation requirements with 0% defects at production deployment. Managed implementations for integrations with 3rd party systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, data warehouse, client intranet). SME using MS Test Manager to manage requirements and create test cases with detailed steps. Delivered ongoing system support for clients by researching and tracking issues in JIRA and analyzing data in other systems (i.e., Workday, PeopleSoft, TBA, data warehouse) to resolution. Consultant/subject matter expert for portal clients, working with other business and IT teams (i.e., Benefits, Total Rewards, Workday, PeopleSoft), to recommend and provide best practices and enhancements for upgrades. Team-oriented self-starter able to work with Aon onshore and offshore (international) associates of all levels, as well as all client contacts. Sr. Technical Consultant - HR Projects, 2012 - 2013 Managed end-to-end client facing data warehouse interface implementations for Fortune 100 companies by analyzing client information needs and delivering functional and technical requirements. Utilized strong analytic and project management skills. Led data warehouse interface projects for PepsiCo and Marriott International for new and existing interfaces providing 100% production implementation success. Interpreted client data needs and translated them into complex functional and technical interface requirements and delivered to development and QA teams. Managed other technical requirements for new/existing data interfaces such as FTP definitions, interface job sequencing, and job scheduling. Managed project planning by providing resource and budget estimates as well as timeline for each phase of the SDLC. Pamela C. Planned, tracked and managed all QA/SIT activities and results for Siebel CRM projects, utilizing HP Quality Center with 100% testing passed. Managed client test cycle for on-time and successful delivery of User Acceptance Testing. Ensured each Siebel CRM project was fully tested and defect-free prior to production go-live.
