Daily Duties at Co Psync, Inc.:

Provided management and coaching to both the Customer Support and IT Infrastructure teams consisting of 10 specialists and engineers supported over 690 customers via phone and remote logins. By reviewing ticket handling practices with the customer support and infrastructure teams weekly I was able to increase our ticket completion average from 800 to 890 per month. By managing the services provided by our vendors I reduced our phone system cost by $200 per month and our internet service provider cost by $175 per month. I provided weekly and monthly reports to upper management covering department KPI performance, budgets, service outages, root cause analysis, and services uptime. I provided pre and post sales services, including business analysis and bid support consisting of preparation and presentation of RFIs/RFPs.
