As Turkey’s biggest defense contract in history, TUHP is a first-of-its-kind co-development, licensing, industrialization and buy back program with a value of $3.5 billion, centering on the transfer intellectual property and helicopter kits to Turkey. The program was formed by five contracts governed by Turkish and Swiss legal systems, involving the close cooperation of cross-functional teams to manufacture and international as well as a Turkish version of the Black Hawk helicopter.
