Daily Duties at Symphony Teleca:
Management Skills Managing all IT department employees with Tickets, server, and Asset status. Having seminar with guide of application features. Always contacting with whole Asia IT manager for updating IT group policies This position requires meetings all the times for better environment on IT field for cost saving. Technical Skills Management of all employees’ account information(Domain Account) Management of all Microsoft Office, and Operating Systems(every error care) Management of all internal specific applications. (clarify, msreport) Supporting internet access issue(internet accessing, wireless accessing, web protocol, IE cache, IE add-in issues) Supporting PC hardware issue through business hot number to products’ service center. Management of Smart phones with active sync issues, and features. Managing whole Korea Assets and Server Devices. Managing networks with ISP and all contracts was under my control Server Lag Mount managing. DHCP, Domain Controller, and File Server managing
