Daily Duties at Microsoft:
Management Skills Managing all the team members and doing conference call with whole regions HST leaders to check up the each region’s detail HST SRs (Service Request). I’ve never missed top region out of all fareast’ regions. I also contact with Asia IT Boss for getting new projects with conference call meeting. We changed phone to Office Communicator phones, and I manage the project and set it up quickly. I do seminar with new Microsoft applications or programs which were beta version for whole Microsoft Korea employees which named as Work Smart Project. I contact the Tier-2 or more detail team for escalation for specific risky errors on application or programs. In addition, this position requires meetings all the times for better environment on IT field for cost saving. (For example, we started the Office communicator for meeting with other countries’ Microsoft branches except business traveling.) Technical Skills Management of all employees’ account information(Domain Account) Management of all Microsoft Office(every error care) Management of all internal specific applications. (clarify, msreport) Supporting internet access issue(internet accessing, wireless accessing, web protocol, IE cache, IE add-in issues) Supporting PC hardware issue through business hot number to products’ service center. Management of Smart phones with active sync issues, and features. Supporting of all windows issues. (PC back-up, Reinstallation, virus, security, group policy)
