Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin Space Systems:
Authorized and administered government and commercial based procurement for tests/safety equipment, laboratory repair services, computers, software licenses, test chambers and MRO facility services. Successfully saved $2 million in procurements for assembly array device by resolving issues, invoices, late deliveries/returns, production schedules, work stoppages and unconfirmed purchase orders. Oversaw placement, progress, delivery and updates of POs in SAP/P2P MRP systems involving international and domestic purchase orders for 2500 items. Distributed RFPs, RFIs and RFQ bid packages to suppliers in order to enhance sourcing events. Collaborated with legal team at Lockheed Martin to develop and implement strategy for supplier terms and conditions negotiations.
