 Directed various aspects of subcontract solicitation process of Government and Commercial based satellite programs in conjunction with international suppliers.  Prepared and analyzed bid packages and compared proposals in relation to the procurement of complex electronics RF assemblies, hybrids, LNAs, command/low/high receivers and pointing beacon transmitters.  Assessed subcontractor documents, purchase orders and invoices and steered price analysis, supplier negotiations and payment milestones in support of $5-$10 million satellite hardware and assemblies.  Spearheaded technical cost and schedule performance of Supply Chain process for timely deliveries and successful audits in order to meet import/export requirements, international offsets and compliance approval.  Slashed risks to long lead materials by 10-15% through identification of drivers and in depth evaluation of program specific requirements.
