Daily Duties at Exelon Energy:

 Analyzed data, performed risk analysis and developed initiatives credited with numerous savings opportunities including $50,000 for safety boot/shoe, $250,000 of MRO equipment and $10,000 for safety clothing and freight categories.  Managed annual procurement activities for $22 million Fleet and Organizational Clothing Division.  Oversaw $8 million annual spend freight category, prepared bid packages and arranged sourcing events for new contracts and incumbent contract extensions.  Implemented weekly/monthly business reviews to assess annual rebates and spend goals in order to present cost effective solutions for suppliers such as the recuperation of $120,000 from supplier audit.  Key contributor to category risk management for 6 business units in pursuit of broader corporate aims.  Interfaced with key internal stakeholders to enable change management initiatives and reverse profit losses
