Daily Duties at Multiplan:

● Improved delivery by establishing a phased approach to development and testing to meet aggressive deadlines using calculated risks thereby saving projects in jeopardy by negotiating with teams to find innovative solutions for release management. ● Program/Project managed projects with 10-12 applications including executive reporting, communication and influencing executive and stakeholder expectations and delivering on time and within budget. ● Managed multiple matrixed projects boarding new customers and custom upgrades from project initiation thru warranty with 95% customer satisfaction. ● Drove large-scale teams of 20 customizing health claims projects for Multiplan’s $40 million claims repricing business interfacing with clients. ● Trained PM’s on PMO and SDLC process including estimating, planning, design, build, test, delivery and warranty of claims and Data Warehouse system.
