Daily Duties at University Of Wisconsin Colleges & Uw Extension:
Responsible for the full range and life-cycle of human resources activities and manages HR programs and functions in the areas of staffing and recruitment, position management, compensation, university leave and federal and state Federal Medical Leave Act (FMLA), employee relations, performance management, professional development and merit, and immigration. The HR Manager provides consultative and directional guidance for all employees, departments, divisions, and colleges.
