Daily Duties at Sodexo At Lake Superior State University:
Over all production in a union setting for dining hall serving about 1500 meals per day. Ensured production staff followed production records, storage areas were organized and maintained. Ordered all food and supplies as well as conducted a weekly inventory. Scheduled union staff in the back of the house and two supervisors and over 100 students for the front of the house. Worked with catering manager on menu development for catered events as well as managed some catered events including community events and weddings. Developed menus and stations for student dining as well as specials for concessions. Led food committee meetings with students to get feed back to improve student satisfaction.
