Daily Duties at Te Connectivity:
Manage, mentor and guide a large team of 18 (Direct Reports) to support SAP SD/LE/WM/EDI. Work assignment and oversight of Indirect reports from Offshore SAP vendor Lead SAP Supply Chain rollout projects and new acquisitions projects Work closely with Supply Chain leadership of TE Business Units (AD&M, Automotive, Industrial, and Appliances) to optimize Supply Chain processes, deliver SAP Supply Chain projects and overall support of SAP. Strong expertise in Distribution Center IT operations. Worked very closely with the TE Global Logistics leaders to lead a SAP Supply Chain Rollout for 2 major US TE Distribution Centers. Handle all SAP SCM Business User issues and coordinate SAP training activities for the business Identify and Formulate many Automated Processes in SAP Sales/LE-WM and EDI – greatly reducing time from manual processes Partnered in initiatives with various TE Business stakeholders to improve on Delivery Scorecard metrics. Successfully improved their delivery metrics. Worked closely with Internal and External Audit teams for SOX reporting and Service Now tool for recording user issues.
