Initial design of F-35 Joint Strike Fighter composite Rudder Blade and Bullnose Seals, Vertical Stabilizer to Fuselage Seals and Wing Flap Blade and Bullnose Seals: Layed out composite Rudder Blade and Bullnose Seals, Vertical Stabilizer to fuselage seals and Wing Flap Blade and Bullnose Seals. When on industry assist to Northrop portion of my assignment, model several aft fuselage frames, fuel sealing fittings and splice plates: Completed initial release of several aft fuselage frames, fuel sealing fittings and splice plates. Attended daily coordination meetings with Subject Matter Experts and Project Manager to optimize weight of Aft Fuselage Frames, Fuel Sealing Fittings and Splice Plates. Utilized CATIA V5 (3D Functional Dimensioning & Tolerancing used to communicate all critical features to suppliers), PDM, PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets during initial release of Aft Fuselage Frames, Fuel Sealing Fittings and Splice Plates.
