Daily Duties at Chartwells School Dining Burke County Public Schools:
Over all food service finance and operations for a district of 27 schools. Duties included daily site visits that included monitoring food and service quality as well as sanitation of each site. Shoulder to shoulder training. Scrubbing all school inventories, scheduling, monitoring and adjusting daily and weekly labor. Inputting all transaction journal entries as well as inventory for each school and flashing weekly numbers to corporate.
