Daily Duties at Boeing 777 X Propulsion Systems Division:
777X Thrust Reverser Translating Sleeve design: Utilizing Relational Layout Models, controlled the size and interfacing features of all Hinge Fittings, Leading Edge Ring Fittings, Seal Retainers, TRAS Actuator Fittings, Upper and Lower Aft Close Out Fittings and all of the interfacing fastener locations. Released HMBDs and CARMs for parts described above. 777X APU Installations: Designed 777X APU Gearbox Thermal Blankets in an effort to pass Developmental Test, enabling production configuration. Released HMBD Simple Assemblies for these parts and the .CATDrawings that will install the parts for a Gearbox Fire Development Test. Hosted a weekly meeting to coordinate with Honeywell for a Gearbox Fire Development Test.
