Daily Duties at Team Catapult:
OCM and Process Analysis Consultant working with Monster Government Services to implement a new recruiting management and position classification system for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Mapped current and future state enterprise-level Human Resources processes and developed role-based communication and training to support the development effort. Identified and developed communication messaging including training material, email and HUD-intranet “social media” site aimed at specific user groups and HUD-wide distribution. Developed User Adoption surveys to measure system adoption across the user community.
