Daily Duties at Intrepid Performance Partners:

Executive Consultant for Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) organizational transformation effort. Helped MISMO understand their current business and how to transform into a robust standards organization that provides value to its members and the mortgage industry. Conducted extensive interviews with industry experts to discover their views of MISMO and their desires as customers of MISMO. Walked MISMO through the beginning steps of transformation so that they identified their strengths and weaknesses in order to develop a future-state business model that will meet their business goals. Served as the Project Manager and Process Modeling Lead for the Enterprise Strategic Supply Chain Process Risk Management (ESSCPRM) Study in support of the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment and Logistics (SAF/IEL). This elite team was established to study United States Air Force (USAF) Enterprise Supply Chain processes in order to uncover vulnerabilities, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. Interviewed various groups within the USAF policy and execution organizations to discover the current enterprise level supply chain processes. Through industry benchmarking visits and research, identified best-practices in industries ranging from fine jewelry to automotive to beverages. The goal of the study was to provide the USAF with process-related, enterprise-wide risks and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies based on industry best-practices. As the Process Modeling Lead, mapped USAF enterprise level supply chain processes, gleaning process steps from interviews and creating never-before-modeled process maps. As the Project Manager, coordinated team activities, maintained the project schedule and assured that the project outcomes met customer and contractual expectations.
