As an independent consultant, and owner of Thinking Cap Consults, provided specialized consulting services in the areas of: * Project Management (planning, scoping, and schedules) * Process Discovery, Analysis, and Improvement * Communication and Stakeholder Engagement * Organizational Change Management and Transformation Supported customers by discovering, analyzing, and improving business processes, managing organization-wide and technology-driven change, and visualizing pain-points and the path to an effective and efficient solution. Developed communication assets to include animated informational and training videos, instructions, announcements, and varied messaging. Clients: United States Navy, United States Air Force, Housing and Urban Development, Mortgage Bankers Association - Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization, The Efiia Group, Intrepid Performance Partners, TeamCatapult and SafeZone.
