As the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VistA Evolution program, set the tone and standards for OCM activities across a multi-million-dollar program that impacted hundreds of thousands of users and Veterans across the country. Worked directly with VA leadership to understand the impact of technological changes on stakeholders across the organization and help them shape OCM activities and plans to better implement those changes in the least disruptive and most positively impactful manner possible. Developed an extensive OCM toolkit which provided the VA with a set of scalable tools to formulate and execute cradle-to-grave OCM plans to include: * Project plans * Change plans (scooping, analysis, impact, and risk) * Stakeholder Engagement (analysis and outreach) * Training plans (identification and planning) * Resistance mitigation *Position transitioned from TEKSystems to Lockheed Martin in April 2016.

What they like about Lockheed Martin:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
