Daily Duties at Kforce Government Solutions:
Consults and collaborates with clients, team members, and leadership to manage a cross-functional grants management program management office (PMO) supporting the National Science Foundation (NSF) Large Facilities Office (LFO). Contributes to proposals – subject matter expertise, shaping and scoping responses, and validating past performance. * Responsible for developing and maintaining schedules across multiple projects * Responsible for managing personnel and scheduling shared resources across multiple task orders to fulfill tasks ranging from quality control, graphics design, technical writing, and editing * Manages preparation and logistics, and facilitates execution of multi-day/multi-site events for six-person team to review grants management business processes * Manages and coordinates inputs to and consolidation of multi-recipient Business System Review (BSR) reports – these reports examine core functional areas of grants management across recipient processes and systems * Discovers, analyzes, and documents ISO 9001 compliant federal grants BSR standard operating procedures (SOPs) to include never-before documented job aids, checklists, and instructions for executing BSRs * Identifies improvements and data requirements for cross-functional systems in support of federal grants management
