Established and executed technology strategy, saving over $200K annually by consolidating ecommerce platforms. Built e-Procurement functionality for B2B ecommerce, including implementation of webMethods business systems integration software and integration with all major eProcurement marketplaces and systems yielding $350M in sales. Managed consulting projects to Fortune 500 customers to influence adoption of emerging industry best practices to lower cost of systems integration. Developed strategic supplier relationships and managed projects. Responsibilities: • Senior consultant forB2B eCommerce & Systems Integration teams. Responsible for an entire project life cycle, starting with pre-sales business needs analysis and assessment, interacting directly with the customer, creating a project plan, documenting requirements, writing technical specifications, overseeing development, assisting clients with UAT, and turning the project over to Support Organization after successful ‘go live’. • Managed all aspects of solution delivery leading status meetings, creating and maintaining project schedules, managing change requests, capturing risks and identifying risk mitigations, tracking issues and following up on action items, conducting lessons learned, assisting with independent testing and requirements gathering, facilitating defect reviews and training sessions.
