Oversee operations and results for 20 stores in 7 states. Worked cross divisional with IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Distribution Center, Product Development, and Operations to unifi the Retail focus on customers. Directed store visual merchandising; Manager to District Manager and Customer Service Call Center teams. Coordinated all product close-out and liquidation strategy; Created and monitored P&L for Retail division; conducted product allocation and inventory control across 20 stores. Continued role as District Manager for 9 stores in 4 states.
