Daily Duties at Mead Johnson Nutrition:

Responsible for $2B in gross sales. $150MM in A&P spending. Eight Direct Reports, and a staff of 125. Drive continuous innovation in the Enfamil Franchise that would show how Enfamil was close to Breast Milk. Lifecycle management of each sub-brand. Develop programs and products, promotional materials and items that help mom during the feeding process. This was regardless of whether a Mom was going to Formula fed or Breast fed. Responsible for developing a strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and groups such as the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics), ADA (American Dietetic Association) and several others.
