Prepared contracts, requisitions for payment of bills, and expense reports. * Managed and maintained complex department filing system while ensuring confidentiality and completeness of personnel records and HR files. * Coordinated data to develop formats for department records. * Organized all travel, meetings and conference arraignments for entire HR team.
