Led North American commercial health practice to delivery team support the product implementation and systems integration of clinical and financial IT solutions to nearly 40 customers across the US and Canada. Over a five year period, managed a team that grew from 35 consultants and technologists to approximately 50. Program manager for a large (nearly $15M) CMS re-modernization efforts of the Medicare Advantage Part D and MARx programs, managing a team of nearly 50 consisting of functional analysts, developers, testers, and quality assurance team members.
