• Hire, supervise, coach, motivate and lead a high performance team of 40 Home Health Aids • Develop, monitor, and adjust care schedules throughout the community to ensure staffing • Conduct meetings, one-on-one spontaneous coaching and training to all associates • Participates in outreach, attends associate meetings, training programs, assisting in developing business plans/budgets, and serves as Manager on Duty once a month • Provide direct day to day oversight of resident care and compliance with service plans for all residents • Work directly with family members to maintain an open dialogue while serving as a point person for all residents as well as their loved ones • Uphold N.Y.S Department of Health records Brightview Tarrytown
