Oversaw team of 10 employees implementing new Darwin Menu System in dealerships across the country. Owned all processes cross-departmentally as a key liaison interfacing with the customer, product team, and automotive dealer relations team. Developed onsite training, documentation, and certification training to implement new partnership with CDK Global. Selected Contributions: • Created training certification process including final exam, achieving 100% completion rate. • Completed onsite training at 184 dealerships within 17 months, managing installation of software for finance and insurance (F&I) personnel, with 98% utilization rate.
