Daily Duties at Emc, Inc.:
I was hired as the Division Vice President, Telecom, Media & Entertainment (TME) Professional Services to turn-around the relaxed and limited TME services sales. I produced a sales strategy that included leveraging SI partners for added services content and project management. My relationships in TME suggested they would by our services if we had more content even if it was from the SI community. • Expanded professional services model to increase consulting income by $21 million in revenue and developing a committed sales forecast of $115 million within three months.
