Asked to rebuild the sales organization for an iSCSI storage area networking company. Utilized a high-touch “sell through” strategy to drive sales. Renewed relationships with more than 30 key resellers and developed operations plan to add new channel programs and simplifying the recruiting process. Revived the P&L to achieve more than $4M with 10 sales resources
