Daily Duties at Stonegate Mortgage:
QC Post Close Analyst Responsible for monitoring the Post Close Quality Control program. Evaluation of loan files for compliance with State and Federal laws; Review files to determine compliance with both Stonegate and agency guidelines and submission of files for review by third party firms and other quality control duties as required. • Assist in development and maintenance of comprehensive statistical analyses, transactional testing, risk assessments, and policy and process reviews. • Prepares company responses to federal and state compliance audits. • Communicates and assist with training mortgage compliance updates for all loan origination and acquisition personnel. • Submits monthly closed loan files to third party quality control firm for pre-close and post close audit reviews and assist in servicing quality control activities as required.
