Daily Duties at Capstone Technology Solutions:

Established and designed technology solutions, around enterprise hardware, software and consulting services that drove new revenues for our services partners and drove out significant costs for our direct customers. Our focus was on modernization through technology such as cloud, virtualization, big data, programming services, and project management staffing for partners and end users. It was my responsibility for all the P&L of generating more than $3M/year in revenue. • Managed and grow a consulting company of 38 resources • Grew revenue at more than 50% YOY with a gross margin of 53% • Created consulting sales compensation plans for sales reps and management • Created Sales and Consulting resource hiring criteria and interviewing process • Authored marketing collateral for primary services and negotiated contracts with key consultants and contractors. • Built a certified Big Data Practice with fifteen Big Data engineers/scientists * Developed core IT infrastructure and storage service program • Served as Executive Program Manager taking on a behind schedule and over budget data center move. • Revitalized project team and added more project managers to deliver the project on time. • Created sales plans and marketing for services and negotiated contracts with key consultants and contractors.
