• Managed & Mentor SME DBAs who provide the support for End to End (Plan, Design, Build and support) for Mission critical application. • Defined, engineered and implemented Database backup solution to migrate from SAN based storage to Isilon/NAS and send to the tape for offsite storage to save over $5m+ annual cost for 5000+ Database instances. • Design and implement Custom Database maintenance procedure to push the backup from SQL agent, and maintain index/statistics, and others cleanup process based on fragmentation and log size. • Engineered and implement Database Security Standard Best Practice for large global database teams; Partnered and Coordinated with Business, Application Development Team, Vendors. • Database Server build automation (BBDA) and PRR review automation and check. • Database Server Build Automation and PRR check.
