Daily Duties at Lightbridge, Inc:

I was hired to build a sales organization from the ground up. I put together the sales strategy which included a multiple channel approach, an inside sales team, and business partnerships. The sales plan I created was augmented with a Channel program to recruit and incentivize new reselling partners. I put together the sales operations plans including budgets, sales compensation plans, technology plan for demo needs and CRM while providing a close working relationship with the VP of Marketing to produce direct sales and channel sales material. I also provided sales metric and reporting for the board of directors and worked closely with the CEO and Venture Capitalists in seeking additional funding. Lat but not least, I was the lead sales person and closed three Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) deals for a total of $15,000/mn. Funding did not materialize and the business was shut down. Defined cloud-based object storage solutions for enterprise clients while directing sales team toward collaborative goals and company standards of excellence. ♦ Managed multi-year recurring revenue contracts, which contributed $15K/acct MRR toward startup storage software solutions and enhanced company sales, growth, and expansion. ♦ Established multiple sales channels and key channel support model in which 8 resellers were signed within the first 90 days, which led to securing a $640M line of credit and new investors. ♦ Built the sales organization in addition to direct sales teams, including a demand generation sales team, sales operations, channel management, systems engineering, professional services, and business development
