Daily Duties at Casm, Llc:

Using my selling and sales management experiences, I started and operate as CEO a sales consulting and sales outsourcing company to provide contract selling resources, surrogate sales management, and sales operational consulting services to help small and medium-sized businesses improve revenue production. I provide these services by using a 3 stage selling system that increases the velocity of the both the number of qualified prospects and the ability to get too close swifter. The Sales Velocity system aligns people, processes, and technology to ensure a repeatable process is established for long-term sales results accountability. In each engagement, I perform a "gap" analysis on current versus ideal sales results. I provide a go-to-market audit report that itemizes the strength of product-market fit, competitive positioning and value proposition applicability. In Stage 2, I assess the lead creation practices and make recommendations to update any "gaps" and provide a plan to build awareness and create qualified leads. In the Third Stage and based on the outcomes and recommendations in Stage 1 and 2, I prepare a sales staffing plan that identifies the type and number fo sales resources that would provide the optimum sales results in the current environment. Theis is followed by a hiring plan that details the profile of the sales resources needed, onboarding requirements and forecast time-to-revenue. I then assess and provide a plan of action for sales operations actions including process buildout, updating and or training, as well as technology tools to support the sales results desired.
