Daily Duties at John S Realty :
Working directly with the bank to obtain direction on repairs to be made to the property, facilitating Inspections of the home, hiring contractors, zoning commission, septic companies, clean up crews. Gathering bids and presenting a budget for the property in question. Upon clean up and receipt of a solid purchase agreement, working with the Title and Escrow Company to close the transaction as quickly as possible.
