Projects include new 800K sq ft DC building, company acquisitions, FTZ development, Lead Operational analytics team - Build platform and integrate data from 30+ sources of internal and external information in order to develop actionable business analytics Lead global vendor operations team that manages business interface with 800+ factories. Working with them on compliance, Electronic information exchange, RFID developments, etc. Lead Operations process development team. Detailed development and design of Warehouse management systems operating platforms
