Daily Duties at Eleutian Technology:
Designed, configured, and installed call centers for Eleutian Technologies. Furnished, setup, and supported call centers from 6 to 100+ teachers. Managed inventory, technologies, utilities, and other needs as centers were being used. Worked with teacher managers, software engineers, and leadership team to provide teaching centers with maximum up-time, and as little disruption to teaching sessions as possible. Configured computers, webcams, and related software to meet individual clients needs. Assisted in training new teachers and helping them become familiar with products and equipment that they would be using. Developed programs for training teachers and users in solving tech related problems, maximizing bandwidth and video quality, and other IT related issues.
