Daily Duties at Cfra, Llc T/A Ihop :

Direct operational and financial accountability of two areas with a total of 8 restaurants. Recruiting and screening for all salaried management positions. Recruiting of all non-salaried restaurants positions. Managed all management training - one field training coordinator and 8 training locations. Development and implementation of all recruiting materials and programs. Development and implementation of all performance management systems. Developed and Maintained all training, recruiting and people related reporting systems. Directly accountable for opening new restaurants and member of IT committee.
