Daily Duties at Kelly Services:

I was hired as a contractor at the University of California Riverside IT Department to resolve issues that were open from the implementation of the Point-of-Sale system for the Housing and Dining Department. Manage the service needs, and Maintained the operation of the 75 Front of House hardware units that were in operation on a daily basis. Responded to the repair tickets that were created by the outlet managers. Was on call 24x7 to respond and resolve any issues with the Point-of-Sale system. Tracked Point-of-Sale system issues and reported findings to IT, and Housing and Dining department heads. Created an SLA agreement between the Housing and Dining, and IT Departments for the reporting and servicing of the Point-of-Sale system. Developed a training document to train IT staff in the repair of the Front-of-House hardware, and the troubleshooting communication and interface issues.
