● Worked with hospital leaders from top U.S. hospital systems in the Midwest and West regions to implement projects in revenue cycle and charge capture to achieve higher financial efficiency ● Provided project team and hospital leadership with regular updates on challenges, risks, and opportunities to increase visibility of progress on project milestones and deliverables. ● Assisted department managers to identify key performance metrics, then leveraged system tools, templates from past projects, group training, and one-on-one coaching to help them reach targets. ● Contributed research and lessons learned to advance the company’s best practice methodology
