• Analyzed the priority of 3 consecutive projects at a time among 10 projects in overall period reducing the cost associated with man hour involved and demanded by 20-30% • Led multi disciplinary team of 10-20 staff members in delivering engineering design meeting regulatory standards and client’s requirement; conducted coordination meetings and critical analysis sessions. • Preapared project schedule based on scope of the project, time frame available & manpower allocated for the project. • Prepared technical tender, Proposal for the plant, Technical specification, Bid evaluation and selection of the prospecting vendor. • Designed project progress report template providing daily and weekly updates to clients; increased efficiency by 10% • Tracked engineering progress and created project progress report with 3-5 contractors to ensure accuracy and timely completion; reviewed and approved drawings and documents release for construction • Reviewed and assessed design of various cement plants as Lender’s Independent Engineers (LIE) and guide various financial banks/sponsors for appropriate loan disbursement for the said project including not to exceed 10-15% of estimated project cost identifying the risks & loop holes in the project • Calculated equipment sizing and standardization operating condition including packer machine like vertical bagging machine or VFFS bagging machine for cement and alumina packing, developed PFD, piping and instrumentation diagrams P&ID, and vetted with suppliers model and vendor drawings. • Reduced the complexity of system diagram or process flow diagram using competitive and energy efficient technology available in the market. • Suggested cost effective configuration of plant layout for green field projects by co-coordinating to other engineering departments • Analysed process plant data for the system design and reassured the chemical composition and property of the product. • Experienced the full lifecycle of capital projects i.e from concept inception & feasibility study of an implementation project to commisioning & performance qualification of the plant as an assistant project manager. • Provided technical support in various plant level for troubleshooting of the operation.
